Welcome to Virtual Sales Society. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, digital products, online training programs, coaching services, and any related platforms. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Virtual Sales Society provides online education, training, coaching, and career development services in the field of high-ticket virtual sales. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Digital training courses and curriculum (including VSS Virtual Closer Foundations, Mastery, and Career Track programs)

  • AI-powered sales training tools and roleplay simulations

  • Live coaching sessions, group calls, and call reviews

  • Certification programs and assessments

  • Job marketplace access and placement assistance

  • Business consulting services (VSS Business Accelerator)

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By enrolling in any VSS program, making a purchase, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific products or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.

NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COACHING SERVICES

Digital Product Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that our Services primarily consist of digital products, including pre-recorded video content, downloadable materials, access to online platforms, and live coaching sessions. Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to digital curriculum and learning materials. Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of these digital products, special refund terms apply as outlined in Section 6 below.

Direct Coaching Access

Many of our programs include direct access to live coaching, roleplay sessions, call reviews, and one-on-one or group coaching calls. Once you attend any live coaching, roleplay, or review session, you have received a portion of the personalized service component of your program. This direct coaching access is a significant component of the value provided and influences our refund policies.

PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Current pricing for our programs is available on our website and enrollment pages. Pricing may be updated from time to time at our discretion. The price in effect at the time of your enrollment is the price you will be charged.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the total amount due. For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected payment schedule.

Failed Payments

If any payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. Continued payment failures may result in suspension of access to Services until the account is brought current. You remain responsible for all amounts due under your enrollment agreement.

PROGRAM PAUSE POLICY

We understand that life circumstances may temporarily prevent you from actively participating in your program. Under certain qualifying circumstances, you may request to pause your program participation:

Qualifying Circumstances for Program Pause

  • Documented medical emergency or serious illness affecting you or an immediate family member

  • Military deployment or service obligations

  • Unexpected job loss or documented financial hardship

  • Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by VSS leadership on a case-by-case basis

Pause Request Process

  1. Submit a formal pause request through the official support ticket system

  2. Provide documentation supporting your qualifying circumstance

  3. Await approval from VSS leadership (decisions are made within 7 business days)

  4. If approved, your program timeline will be paused for the approved duration (maximum 90 days per pause)

Pause Limitations

  • Maximum of two (2) pauses per program enrollment

  • Maximum pause duration of 90 days per pause request

  • Pauses do not affect payment obligations for payment plans already in progress

  • Program pause is not the same as a refund and does not entitle you to any return of funds

REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND DISPUTE POLICY

General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and the immediate access provided upon enrollment, as well as the personalized coaching services included in our programs, our ability to offer refunds is limited. We are committed to your success, and our policies are designed to ensure that both parties are protected.

VSS Virtual Closer Foundations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is a fully digital, self-paced program with immediate and perpetual access to all materials. Because you receive instant access to the complete curriculum upon enrollment, no refunds are available for this program.

VSS Virtual Closer Mastery

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This program includes digital content with immediate access and live coaching components. Due to the combination of digital product access and coaching services provided, no refunds are available.

VSS Virtual Closer Career Track

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This program includes immediate access to digital curriculum, live coaching sessions, roleplay labs, call reviews, AI training tools, and career placement services. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content and personalized coaching services, no refunds are available.

VSS Business Accelerator

Due to the intensive, customized nature of this consulting engagement and the immediate delivery of strategic frameworks and intellectual property, ALL SALES ARE FINAL upon enrollment.

Cancellation of Payment Plans

If you are enrolled in a payment plan, you may not cancel the payment plan once enrolled. You remain obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your continued participation in the program. Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in:

  • Suspension of access to all program materials and services

  • Collection actions for remaining balance

  • Ineligibility for future VSS programs until the account is settled

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about your enrollment or believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by the above policies, you must:

  1. Submit a formal support ticket through our designated support system

  2. Clearly explain the nature of your dispute and the resolution you are seeking

  3. Provide any supporting documentation

  4. Allow up to 7 business days for initial response from our leadership team

We encourage you to work directly with us to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the dispute through our support system may be contested, and evidence of your acceptance of these Terms will be provided to the payment processor.

Chargeback Policy

By enrolling in any VSS program, you agree that filing a fraudulent chargeback (disputing a charge that was authorized under these Terms) constitutes a breach of this agreement. In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend access to all Services

  • Provide documentation to the payment processor demonstrating authorization

  • Pursue collection of any amounts owed plus associated fees

  • Permanently ban you from all VSS programs and services

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Results, income, and career outcomes vary based on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, job placement, or career outcome. Our Services provide education, training, skill development, coaching, and opportunities, but success ultimately depends on your own efforts and execution.

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples of student results shared by VSS are individual outcomes and should not be interpreted as typical results or guarantees of what you will achieve.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND CODE OF CONDUCT

As a VSS student, you agree to:

  • Follow the program structure, complete assigned work, and meet stated deadlines

  • Use designated support channels (not direct messages to coaches)

  • Communicate professionally with staff, coaches, and fellow students

  • Maintain compliance with all program requirements

  • Own your results and take responsibility for your progress

  • Not share, distribute, or resell any VSS materials or intellectual property

Failure to comply with program standards may result in loss of priority access, restricted services, or removal from the program without refund.
